LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

 

WARRANTY POLICY DETAILS

BY USING YOUR EYCE PRODUCT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY (HEREINAFTER, THE “WARRANTY”). BEFORE USING YOUR EYCE PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE EYCE PRODUCT AND, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FROM EYCE OR THE AUTHORIZED RETAILER WHERE YOU PURCHASED IT.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY POLICY COVER?

Our Warranty is designed to protect your Eyce product against normal wear and tear and accidental damages occurring within the first 365 days of your ownership. If we determine that your product is covered by this Warranty, we will (at our option) replace, exchange or refund the purchase price. This Warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product subject to certain limitations, exceptions and exclusions as set forth herein.

  • Within 1 year or 365 days from the date of purchase:
    • One time replacement for damaged glass, metal and silicone parts
    • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is only covered within the first 365 days from the date of purchase
  • After 1 year or 365 days from the date of purchase
    • Replacement of silicone parts only.
    • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered after 365 days from the date of purchase
    • After the first 365 days from the date of purchase, the Warranty is limited to protecting the product against defects in materials and workmanship as long as the product is used normally or as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or specifications, user manuals or guides, service communications, instructions or similar. If you experience a manufacturing defect in workmanship, Eyce warrants your Eyce Silicone products (Spoon, Shorty, Hammer, Mini Beaker, Collector, Beaker, Rig 2 and Sidecar), Oraflex and Peak Attachment products for its lifetime. Eyce, at its discretion, shall determine whether your product(s) has a manufacturing defect.
  • You are responsible for all shipping / handling fees related to the warranty claim(s). The shipping / handling fees may vary depending on your delivery location.
  • Eyce reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its sole discretion.
  • This Warranty is limited to covering the following 8 products in the Eyce Silicone collection (Spoon, Shorty, Hammer, Mini Beaker, Collector, Beaker, Rig 2 and Sidecar) Oraflex and Peak Attachment products.  

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY POLICY NOT COVER?

This Warranty does not cover the following:

(a) Cosmetic damage to the product including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic or glass unless such failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

(b) Normal wear and tear or accidental damage after 365 days from the date of purchase;

(c) Improper use, abuse, misuse or modification;

(d) Damage from shipping;

(e) Acts of God (including but not limited to damage related to an earthquake, natural disaster or other external cause beyond our control);

(f) Products sold “AS IS”, “CLEARANCE”, “FACTORY RECERTIFIED”, or by a non-authorized reseller;

(g) Damage to the product caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet Eyce’s manufacturer’s specifications, user manuals or guides, service communications, instructions or similar;

(h) Oxidation or discoloring of the silicone material from natural deterioration and age;

(i) Intentional damage; 

(j) Lost or stolen products; or 

(k) Warranty claims from customer located outside of the United States.

Apparel and accessories are not covered by this Warranty and instead, are covered by our general 30 day Returns and Exchange Policy at https://www.eyce.com/pages/returns. HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Before obtaining warranty service, please visit https://eycemolds.com/pages/warranty-policy-and-claims for additional help, updates and troubleshooting before seeking any warranty services. If the product is still not functioning properly or if the product issue is not otherwise resolved after making use of these resources, then you may file a warranty claim.

In order to qualify for warranty service, you must register each product including the proof of purchase receipt within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for this Warranty to apply. In addition, you must obtain pre-authorization from us before shipping your product to us. Each product must be registered separately. Eyce or its agents may also require that you respond to certain questions which are designed to assist with diagnosing and resolving the product issues. The Warranty is only available for authentic Eyce products purchased from authorized retailers. The customer support hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. 

Purchases from eycemolds.com:
All Eyce Silicone, Oraflex and Peak Attachment products purchased directly on https://eycemolds.com/ are automatically registered at the time of purchase. No additional registration is necessary.  

Purchases from an authorized Eyce retailer:
Products purchased from an authorized Eyce retailer must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase, otherwise, the warranty claim will be denied. Click here to Complete a Product Registration.

To ensure the proper processing of your warranty claim, you must have a registration number for all warranty claims. This number was provided to you by email when you registered your product, or it is the order number you received when you purchased the product directly from www.eycemolds.com. We are not responsible for products shipped to us without a Return Authorization number. If you return the product(s) by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Eyce is not responsible for the costs of insuring the product or for any lost or damaged shipments. If you return merchandise that does not meet the terms and conditions of this Warranty, it will be sent back to you at your expense. To return a product within the warranty period by mail: 1) Include a copy of your proof of the original purchase receipt and 2) Ship the product(s) to the following address:

If you submit a claim to Eyce in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Eyce will, at its option, during the warranty period: (i) Replace or exchange your product with the same identical product (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) that are equivalent to a new, equivalent product in its performance and reliability, or (ii) Issue a refund of the purchase price of the product to you. Eyce is not responsible for any out-of-stock, end-of-life or discontinued products. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges.

FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY

This Warranty does not apply to countries located outside of the United States.

Eyce reserves the right to amend this Warranty at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Eyce and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a warranty for any reason. This Warranty policy was revised on May 16, 2024.
