Eyce Vaporizer(s) 1-Year Limited Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY?
This Warranty exclusively pertains to Eyce Vaporizer Products and is designed to safeguard your vaporizer product for up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The product must be used as intended and in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions, specifications, and Owner's Manuals.
WITHIN THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD:
- If a covered defect arises and a claim is received within the specified warranty period, Eyce will, at its discretion, either (1) repair the product defect or (2) exchange the product with a new or functionally equivalent one
- Refunds are only available for new and unopened/unused devices purchased on eyce.com within fourteen (14) days. Devices that are deemed opened/used may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Eyce Vaporizers bought through an authorized retailer cannot be refunded by Eyce and should be handled solely based on the retailer's terms and conditions
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with warranty claims, which may vary depending on your location.
- Eyce reserves the right to reject warranty claims at its discretion
WHAT DOES THE 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY NOT COVER?
- Cosmetic damage to the product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken parts, unless such damage results from a defect in materials or workmanship
- Normal performance degradation of batteries, accessories, wear and tear of hinges, mouthpiece, or failure to adhere to cleaning instructions after one (1) year from the original date of purchase
- Improper use, abuse, misuse, alteration, or modification of the product
- Damage from shipping products returned to us in accordance with our return policy
- Damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., earthquakes, natural disasters) or other external causes beyond our control
- Damage to the product caused by using third-party components or products that do not meet Eyce's specifications or the Owner's Manuals
- Oxidation or discoloration of silicone material due to natural wear and tear
- Intentional damage
- Lost or stolen products
- Warranty claims from customers located outside the United States unless the product was intended for sale in that country
- Product performance issues resulting from the end user or purchaser's failure to properly maintain the product as per the manufacturer's recommended specifications
- Use of aftermarket accessories not approved or endorsed by Eyce
- Fraudulent or misrepresented warranty claims
- Altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers on the product
- Situations as determined by Eyce at its reasonable discretion occasionally
- Certain parts, including but not limited to atomizers and batteries
- Products sold "AS IS," "CLEARANCE," "FACTORY RECERTIFIED," or by non-authorized resellers
- Products resold by the end-user or purchaser on the secondary market, regardless of their condition
HOW DO I FILE A 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM?
Before seeking warranty service, contact us for troubleshooting and additional assistance. If your vaporizer still does not function properly or if the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to our Customer Support to file a warranty claim.
STEP 1: REGISTER
Purchases made at eyce.com:
All Eyce Silicone Collection products purchased directly on eyce.com are automatically registered. No registration necessary. Move onto Step 2.
Eyce vaporizer products purchased from an authorized Eyce dealer must be registered within 30 days of purchase, or you aren't covered, period. Please fill out the form below to secure your 1-Year Limited Warranty.
STEP 2: FILE WARRANTY CLAIM
When filing a warranty claim, proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged products may be requested by our Customer Support team.
- Submit a request via our Warranty Claim Form to obtain a Return Authorization number. This will be emailed to you once the request has been approved.
- Once received, write the provided Return Authorization number on all sides of the returned packaging.
- Address the package according to the instructions that were sent to you via email.
- Please allow 14 business days to process your return once it has arrived at our facility.
Please note that we are not responsible for items sent to us without a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you purchase shipping insurance as we are not liable for any product(s) that are lost or damaged during shipment.
For all product returns, the product must be safely secured in the package, such as using the original packaging material or by using bubble wrap or similar supplies to protect the product from damage during shipment. All accessories and product parts must be returned with the device. If a free item was included with the order as part of a promotion, Eyce reserves the right to deduct the value of this promotional item from any refund provided. Devices that are deemed opened/used may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
OUR WARRANTY PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOU AGAINST MANUFACTURES DEFECTS. EYCE WILL DO ITS BEST DUE DILIGENCE TO DECIDE IF YOUR PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED INTENTIONALLY; PRODUCTS DAMAGED INTENTIONALLY WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY. EYCE ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE VARIOUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES DEPENDING ON THE SCENARIO AND THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS FILED BY THE SAME CUSTOMER. WHEN A CUSTOMER REPEATEDLY FILES WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR THE SAME ISSUE, THE HANDLING CHARGES MAY INCREASE.
BY USING YOUR EYCE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY (HEREINAFTER, THE “WARRANTY”). BEFORE USING YOUR EYCE PRODUCT, PLEASE READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE EYCE PRODUCT AND, WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, RETURN IT FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FROM EYCE. EYCE VAPORIZERS PURCHASED THROUGH AUTHORIZED RETAILERS SHOULD BE HANDLED SOLELY BASED ON THE RETAILER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If a covered defect arises and a claim is received within the warranty period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Eyce will either (1) Repair the product defect or (2) Exchange the product with a product that is new or is a functionally equivalent product. Eyce is not responsible for any out-of-stock, end-of-life, or discontinued products. As a result, we may not be able to make the requested exchanges.
Eyce also reserves the right to charge various shipping and handling fees depending on the scenario and the number of claims filed by the same customer. When a customer repeatedly files warranty claims for the same issue, the handling charges may increase.
FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY
This warranty is exclusively valid and enforceable in the country where you purchased the product and will remain in compliance with the local laws of that region, contingent upon Eyce's intention to market the product in that country.
Eyce reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Eyce and its affiliates also maintain the right to decline warranty claims for various reasons.
